Aerial view of a Midland Company framing project

01The Challenge

Framing is the stage of a build that sets the standard for everything that comes after it, and it is also the stage nobody can see once the walls close up. Midland Company frames to that standard every day, but a finished house gives a potential client no way to judge the work behind the drywall.

The goal was simple: capture that quality while it was still exposed, and turn it into something Midland could use to win the next job.

02What We Did

We shot on site during a working day, pairing ground-level video of the crew and the framing detail with aerial passes that place the whole structure in its lot. Filming a live day of work rather than staging anything meant the footage shows the real pace and the real standard of the build.

Everything was cut into a short vertical edit built for social, where a general contractor or a homeowner is most likely to be scrolling, and paced to hold attention from the first second. The raw coverage was kept on hand for future use.

The final edit

03The Result

Midland walked away with a piece of marketing that outlasts the project itself. Long after the drywall goes up and the framing disappears from view, the footage still proves the standard of the build to anyone deciding who to hire.

It documents a completed job and quietly sells the next one at the same time.
